Alpha Trading Systems
An institutional grade Digital Assets trading platform.
About
What is Alpha?
Our mission is to provide a platform that allows you to trade digital-assets on multiple exchanges in one place.
We aim to provide a platform to let you explore new exchanges and new products. To do this we combine exchanges from Asia to America into one centralised execution platform. Enabling traders to execute over 3000+ Contracts and 1000+ Options from one area fills a void that currently does not exist in the digital-asset market.
Finding a way to present the level and grade of traditional institutional software within the digital-asset markets is our core and sole aim.
Our story
Alpha started as a concept between a few friends working at a London trading firm. We identified that there was a clear lack of institutionalised digital-asset trading software on par with software available to traditional markets traders.
From here it was decided that this gap needed to be filled, which initially started as a project internally between the group of us, intending to make trading for ourselves easier and more accessible. However after rolling out a very early version of what came to be our ladder technology now, we found that there was a clear edge to be had having one click execution at your finger tips, not only for one exchange but for upwards of six. We realised that this was huge edge to have over market participants who are usually executing through website based platforms.
From there the commercialisation and production was fast tracked to where we are today, with thousands of products ready to execute in seconds through our platform.
The Ladder
How does the trading ladder work?
The ladder is a concept common to traditional market execution platforms. Commonly used, it allows a trader to view real-time market liquidity. The ladder works by showing current bids and offers in a given market visually.
How does executing through a ladder provide edge?
Alphas ladder allows a trader to view comprehensively the current market state of a given market. Being able to see the current market flow gives opportunity to a trader to capitalise on market inefficiencies.
The ladder can be used to place limit orders at given prices simply by clicking a given price. If a trader wishes to ‘go to market’ and sweep the bid or offer they can click above the best price bid/offered and execute an order straight to market.
Managing risk is a key factor to consider, for this you are able to place stop losses on the bid and offer instantly to reduce upside and downside risk. As well as this traders can execute alerts straight through the ladder, as well as see current market high and lows for a rolling 24hr period displayed on the ladder.
Dashboard
What is the dashboard?
Alphas main page looks to summarise the key constituents of its composition in one area. Here you can see the current markets chart, as well as see live orders being executed portrayed in the audit trail. Here you are able to view favourite markets allocated via each exchange navigator, as well as manage alerts and quick trade into assets on any exchange.
Audit Trail

Chart

Positions
